Module Standard Allowance for Gender Equality Measures

This research group includes three (young) female PIs and already three allocated young female doctoral students. We offer gender equality measures in place. This will include financing personal coaching and peer mentoring, as well as support for childcare outside normal working hours during times of workshops, symposia or congresses to promote a family-friendly working environment.
